[THIN] Internet Explorer 6 Flicker

Hello all,
I have read Rick Dehlinger's Installation and Tuning Tips and applied
the fix that is found in Q271246 (both the IE setting and the REGHack).
Before the fix, when I logged in as ADMIN, I would get a flicker (BAD).
After the fix, the ADMIN account (both local and on the thin client)
works great. Now when I log in as a user (on the same thin device) I
still get the flicker.
Is there any thing else I can try?
