A logoff and on fixes it.  Haven't had a chance yet to see the issue whislt it 
is happening.

Malcolm, how is this feature restored? Does it come back during the same
session or do they have to logoff/logon?

Clipboard not broken as such as it works 99% of the time.  Will look at
the other article but with 10,000 machines out there changing INI files
is always difficult.  Whenever is Citrix moving to a complete registry
based configuration for clients.

Check CTX104631 How to Repair Clipboard Functionality

Also check CTX112434 You Cannot Copy Content From a Client Device and
Paste it in a Published Application

Try figuring out what applications they are running at the time this
happens.

If you are using the summary database you can get this information by
running queries against it

Hi All

 

Got an Issue on Windows 2003 with PS4 running the latest rollup and
hotfixes.

 

We are getting reports that users sometimes cannot Copy and Paste.  Yet
to experience it and cannot reproduce.  Users can't reproduce it either.


 

Any one offer any suggestions on how to track down/troubleshoot or even
somewhere to start looking.

 

Citrix have an article on this but of course this is based around it
never working vs. our very intermittent problem.
