Subject: [THIN] Intermittent Copy and Paste
Hi All
Got an Issue on Windows 2003 with PS4 running the latest rollup and
hotfixes.
We are getting reports that users sometimes cannot Copy and Paste. Yet to
experience it and cannot reproduce. Users can't reproduce it either.
Any one offer any suggestions on how to track down/troubleshoot or even
somewhere to start looking.
Citrix have an article on this but of course this is based around it never
working vs. our very intermittent problem.
