or do a runas command for the installation.  You can add a link to the main
WI page that kicks off a script (preferably encrypted) that kicks off using
the runas so it is running in an elevated user context.

It looks like this is for a silent install, users still needs access to copy files, register DLLs and write the the HKLM hive.
