As with any piece of software, you need atleast Power User rights (if not
Administrator) to install software.   That means if the users is going to
install the client they need rights, otherwise you'll need something like
Altiris or SMS to push the client out.

Another alternative is to look at the Thinstall.com solution.  This allows
the user to run the ICA client without have to install it.

If i use the same credentials after an admin has installed the client
