I can't really anser your first question, but the second one, just put
in all 1's. That has worked for me.

Subject: [THIN] Installation of IBM Server with ServerGuide CD

Hi

I have 2 questions to anyone who have made experienses with the
Installation of IBM Servers with the ServerGuide CD.

1.
During the setup of server you have the possibilty to choose the "type
of server".(for optimization) If I want to buid a Citrix Terminal
Server, is it advisible to choose "Thin Client Environement" ? I guess
this would result in larger block size on the hard disk, or does anyone
know in which this will exactly result ?

2.
For W2K Installation I have to enter a Product Key Code. But I have
Microsoft Select Installation material. There is no product key. What
should I enter ? Is he checking the Key later on in setup ? I can
remember, that on Compaq Server I have the choice between W2K and W2K
with select and if you do not fed him the right CD, setup will stop a
this point.

Ciao, Daniel
