[THIN] Icon Color Depth and Appearance

I'm sure CTX104504 is the final word in this but I thought I'd throw it out.
My company develops their own apps, and of course icons. The new line's
icons are designed in 32 bit color, which gets "dumbed" down when published
to Presentation Server ( and Web Interface). Basically makes them grayscale.
Does anyone have any type of work around to use higher quality color icons?
