You shouldn't have to change it at all since they are both PCI-based NICs.
Is the second NIC enabled in the BIOS? You can manually change the IRQ for
it there. What makes you think you are having an IRQ conflict?

Hello,
I have installed windows 2003 32bits on proliant DL385 AMD 64bits
processor. Everything works okÃ, except second NIC are not detected
automatic, and when I manually install it, second NIC have IRQ conflict
with first NIC, and I couldnât change this setting on normal or save mode.
How can I change IRQ setting?
