V 6.31.1050 of the client

The network issues may be the cause but without a test subject it may be
difficult to capture as people usually only call once. Once they know =
to
refresh it become standard for them. =20

Forgive my ignorance, but when you say check the server list I assume =
you
mean under the application set settings? I did check this and we only =
have
one server on the list for primary. It is a new farm so the =
configuration
are new as well.

Are you running ty 6.31.1050 client or the older 6.31 client. I had the
same experience with the older client and upgradeing the client fixed =
=3D the
issue.

OK here is my problem.
=3D20

We have received complaints from clients that they get I/O errors when
trying to connect to applications threw the ICA Client 6.31(Windows 2000 =
=3D
SP3 XP FR2 backend). The immediate fix is for them to just hit refresh. =
 =3D
The ICA Client then asks them to authenticate again and the applications =
=3D
work fine. =3D20

=3D20

Easy fix yes, but we are about to upgrade the rest of our corporation =
=3D and
want to prevent this problem. Does anyone know what may be causing the
client to lose its authentication? I can not duplicate this problem on =
=3D my
workstation.
