If you want to add a new server in 12 months time and you can't get the
same hardware then Ghosting may be a pain in the butt long term.

We use a scripted build for the server base followed by IM packages. By
doing this we have "future proofed" the build process, and covered
ourselves in the event of applications being added/removed/updated in
the future.

It also makes the addition of SP's/fixes etc much easier if they are
added post-build.

Ghost works well for server OS builds; I personally prefer IM for
application installs (easier to modify, re-push out, etc...).
