I have had some issues with my oracle data store where I have to resissue a dsmain /config command following db maintenance and things. I just figured it was an Oracle thing. Maybe it is a PS4 issue. I made it into a batch file and when i see I have a problem, I run it and the restart IMA and everything falls into place.
