Yes it does, have you tried to recreate your LocalHost Cache on the
server. If not try typing "dsmaint recreatelhc"

Hi All,
I'm getting a "The Citrix Metaframe XP Server failed to connect to the
Data Store. Error - IMA_Result_Failure.". Then I get some other error
msgs.
Long story short, IMA wont start. This machine is not the data
collector.
Does it actually connect to the data store?
