Data Store Activity
All servers in the farm query the data store when they are started. The
following
registry setting determines whether or not IMA requires a connection to the
data
store in order to start:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Citrix\IMA\Runtime\PSRequired
(DWORD)
Value: 0 or 1
If the value is 0, IMA can start without a connection to the data store. If
the value is
1, IMA requires a connection to the data store in order to start. After the
first time
the IMA service starts successfully, the value is set to 0.

unavailable. I had it now cant find it.
