[THIN] IMA doesn't start

I have a citrix farm with 5 servers. Three of then with W2K SP2 and
two with W2K SP4.
In the server with SP4 the IMA Service doesn't start, remains with
"starting" status.
Someone have experienced this kind of problem and could help me?
