[THIN] IMA Database and running scripts

All,
Has anyone been working with the IMA Database used SQL Server? If so have
any of you been able to update the database directly from SQL Query, i.e.
Adding users to applications, add groups to applications? Etc.
Any assistance on this will be welcome, also any information on any of the
database structure and stored procedures.
