[THIN] IE refresh on XPe

Hi Folks,
I notice that when browsing certain websites, it appears that IE6 keeps on
refreshing the screen. It only appears when using an ICA client, not
directly from the onsole. I am not sure if it is truly refreshing because
it happens so fast. Knowing how my Internet link usually performs, I am
more inclined to think that it has something to do with Speedscreen or
something along those lines.
I am not a web programmer, but if anyone knows of a big technical
difference between ESPN and CNN that might cause a refresh frenzy under
ICA, please let me know.
