Use policies to silo off the profiles (1 set for 2000 and 1 for 2003). I
know some people say you can mix profiles, but I've always found it to be a
bad idea.

Hi all,
I recently upgraded one of my servers to Windows 2003. All my other servers
are still at Windows 2000.
I am using roaming profiles. When I logged in to my Windows 2003 Server
for the first time, the IE Home page was reset. Is there any way to
prevent that from happening. I know my users are going to complain.
