[THIN] IE 7 Secure Gateway error

We are using Secure Gateway 4.0 (PS 4.0, roll up 2.01 on PS Servers) and I
am getting a SSL/TLS error when launching a Published Application in
Internet Explorer 7.0. When I launch the same Published Application with IE
6.01 it works fine.
Does anyone have an idea what I need to change to allow external access
through Secure Gateway for both IE 7 and IE 6.01?
