[THIN] ICA versus RDP bandwidth usage

ICA 8.0 client / RDP 5.1/5.2 client (16 K colors)
our measurements show that ICA uses about 50% less bandwidth
we did tests with Word/Excel/Acrobat Reader/Internet Explorer, and had similar
results with each of the tests
The Compression Ratio on a RDP session is always around 1.0, in case of ICA is
much higher.
Wonder if these results are correct.
Any suggestion/comment is very much appreciated.
Also references of white papers regarding ICA versus RDP are very much
appreciated.
