[THIN] ICA toolbar not appearing

We have the ICA toolbar set to startup upon login, and when we check the
task manager it shows the ICA Administrator Toolbar as running, but it
doesn't appear on the screen. Has anyone seen this before? Could it be
hidden anywhere? Thanks,
