[THIN] ICA published desktop - launcing window hides logon

Hi,
I am re designing our old HP thin Terminals to use newest ICA client
12.3.x to run a published desktop in full screen mode after an auto
logon to the domain.
Every time it launches I get a message box Launching over were the user
need to enter their NT username and password, if I click more details I
get "Checking your credentials"
If I move it I can log in but I can't expect all our users to do this.
Any ideas ?
