[THIN] Re: ICA listener not reponding after reboot

I am running HRP7.

When this is a problem, I see "down" sessions 65536 or 65537.  
After I reset them, the servers start accepting connections again.

Only one of these "down" sessions show up.

What hotfix rollup are you running.  Some of the information I have
read shows this issue affecting HRP6 or less and not affecting HRP7.
