I'm thinking on my feet a little bit here but the method I used with
Shelaunch was to create a custom ICA connection in program neighborhood and
set the screen size to "Full screen", not seamless or 100%. Call it
"Desktop".
Now run c:\program files\citrix\ica client\pn.exe /app desktop
In my experience that loaded the full-screen desktop with no border and
without the annoying message.

I am setting up a special workstation that will run an ICA file pointing to
a published desktop at startup. I need to run it in full screen. What is
the syntax in the ICA file to do this? I have found a way to run it seamless
but not full screen. any ideas?
