[THIN] Re: ICA file Not found message IE6

When this happens to us, it is almost always one of two things:

1) The internet cache needs to be cleared!  Clean it out, including all
offline content.  This is what fixes it 99% of the time.

2) Someone checked the box to not save encrypted pages to disk.  Make sure
that box isn't checked.
