You should be able to double-click on the Program Neighborhood
Connection Center in the systray. click the Security button and it will
bring this window back up.

Subject: [THIN] ICA client file security window
We have some end users that are having issues saving some
documents. There is a dialog box that comes up the first time you
connect into Citrix. It asks about the level of permissions and if to
this session or all sessions. Does any one know how to get that back
for end users. We are thinking that they checked the wrong boxes and
are having some issues. This way we can at least get that correct.
