[THIN] ICA Slow after Win2k SP4

Quick question,
I have a Metaframe 1.8 FR1 SP3 running on W2k SP4. About 2 nites ago I
ran the Win2k SP4 on it (Was SP3) and since then ICA has slowed down
dramatically during logins.
A login will take about 3-5 mins instead of 30 seconds. Once someone is
logged in everything seems ok, speed is Norman and what not. Whats even
stranger, if I log in through RDP its fine, speed is 30 seconds, its
only ICA that has slowed down.
There is nothing in my event logs that give any clues.
If anyone has any ideas, it would be greatly appreciated.
