That would explain it.. we're still on NT4. Still weird I havent come across
a document stating that in the past.

It is my understanding that with a Windows 2000 AD domain, it must be on the
DC, but in a Windows 2003 AD domain, you have your choice (DC or member
server). Also does not need to be on a DC in NT 4.0 domain, but does need to
be on a Windows 2000 server. I have seen a couple of MS KBs on this but
whacked them recently. Sorry.

Terminal Services License Server does not need to be on a domain controller.
You merely need to have the service running on one of your Terminal Servers.

the license server has to be on a dc. How long have you been running
without a license server? I think you get 90 days before it goes TU.

I fixed the MS Licensing issue, had to get replication to go across the
domain so all the MS licenses line up. Didn't fix my TS problem but it was
worth a shot. What do you recommend on installing a TS License server?
Should I install it on one of my DCs?

Wonderful. TS Licensing isn't install on my TS because they are not DCs.
I'm looking at my DCs now to figure out which one is running TS licensing
and it doesn't look like any of them have it on there. TS has been running
for over a year don't know what would have happened to the License server.

so how are things looking on the license server? Is it up? can the server
connect to it? and does it have any licenses free.

it may be throwing a DR Watson and you don't see it. Do you have DR Watson
turned off?

I seem to remember seeing something about program neighborhood and this
behavior on the citrix support site. I will look around and see if I can
find it again.

anything in the event logs?

New problem today:

Certian people are trying to log into Citrix and the PN opens up acts like
it is going then just closes. Any ideas? I can't see anything happening on
the server side.
