[THIN] ICA Client Update in ASP environment

Can anyone adivse on the best method of updating to the latest ICA client
either via Web Interface or when a user has logged onto a Citrix Server ?
Ive read that you cant now use the ICA Client update configuration from a
Citrix Server anymore since client v10, as you would now have to use an .msi
file
Ive also tried auto updating via WI v4. Ive configured the client deployment
section in the WI config to point to the latest Web Client, but that doesnt
seem to work either.
We cant use AD to roll the client out, as the Citrix environment is hosted as
an ASP solution, so customers connect over the internet to us via WI/CSG
Anybody managed to do the same ?
