[THIN] ICA Client Install

wasn't there a version of the ICA client that users could use that did not
require admin rights?
I support a ton of external users (over 100K) who do not have admin rights
on their machines. Many of them just upgraded to Vista and have no ICA
client. The web client we put onour site requires admin rights to run.
There has got to be an easier way to get these people connected without them
having to grab an admin to install the client.
