Look for and set what you want in the WEBICA.INI file on your client PC.
Options are:

GlobalSecurityAccess=

405 means give the server Full Access.
404 is Read Access.
403 is No Access.
-1 means no security setting is configured.

Subject: [THIN] ICA Client File Security

Howdy. When connecting from one of our client machines to a published
desktop on a Windows 2K + Metaframe XP box the "ICA Client File
Security" box appears each time. No Access to the client drives is
selected and also "Never ask me again for any application". Now the
client drives show up in the session and the next time a user logs on
they are presented with the "ICA Client File Security" dialog box. The
client is a Win 2K machine using the PNAgent and this happens for any
user on that client machine. I have of course reinstalled the PNAgent.
I am not sure if the Client File Security information is stored on the
local or the Metaframe server but I have scoured the local machine and
haven't found anything yet. Any insight into this would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks!

Rob
