Check the server properties in the CMC. The feature release level will
tell all ;-)

However FR3 hasn't been out all that long so my guess would be that they
wouldn't be running FR3.

Ok, got that out of my system.  The story has change a little bit and I
=3D3D =3D3D3D am sinking waist deep into this Citrix stuff.  So, I went =
to =3D
the client's server and ran the connection configuration manager
(mfcfg.exe). Set it =3D3D =3D3D3D so no sessions should be dropped, etc. =
 =3D
The situation at my client's =3D3D remote offices has gotten better =
(they
=3D aren't getting booted off after 5 to 10 =3D3D =3D3D3D min. of
inactivity...now it =3D is taking something like 15 to 20 minutes).  =
=3D3D I
=3D3D3D have looked at the client side as well and edited the appsrv.ini
=3D3D changing the mouse and keyboard time outs from 0 to 300 per an
article I =3D3D found.=3D3D3D3D20

Does anyone else have any ideas to help this Citrix Idiot get by???  I =
=3D
=3D3D =3D3D3D am just getting my feet wet here with Citrix, however the
similarities =3D3D3D between TS and Citrix are there (not extremely =
close,
but the knowledge =3D3D of TS =3D3D3D has helped out some).  So, with =
that =3D
mouth full said, what can I =3D3D do to make these remote offices work =
=3D
correctly? They have a solid connection =3D3D via =3D3D3D DSL to their =
home
office =3D (384KBps bandwidth for three users).  So, =3D3D please =
=3D3D3D help
me!!!

Short time is about 10 to 15 minutes.  I believe it is caused by the =3D

particular ICA Client, I cannot figure out how to change the timeout to
more.  =3D3D Articles refer me to a cfcon.exe or mfcon.exe file...the
configuration program =3D3D =3D3D3D for the client.  This program =
doesn't =3D
exist on the clients I am looking at.  =3D3D =3D3D3D Any ideas???
