If memory serves, I think to use the SCSI blades it takes up 2 blade
slots, so you may as well just get 1U servers, since you'll only get 7
blade servers into a 7U space, and the 1U servers are cheaper and more
robust at that point..
If you're not happy with the 5400 RPM IDE drives and space is indeed
an issue, I'd recommend HBA's and a SAN...
