What is HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\Default_Page_URL and
have you set HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main \First Home Page
?

Occasionally, our Citrix users will still get the default "Enhanced Security
Configuration is Disabled" IE homepage but not all the time.
I have set www.google.com.au <http://www.google.com.au/> to be the default
homepage already in the following places:
. Group Policy
. Default User Profile
. "Registry Hacks" HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main; Name:
"Start Page" Value: "www.google.com.au"
Even in spite of all of this, sometimes it shows the above mentioned
homepage.
W2K3 SP2 IE7.
Any suggestions other then telling the user to click the HOME button :)
The moment this window comes up they assume "the internet" is broken and its
Tools Down time until someone takes a look.
Any excuse really. :-)
