[THIN] How to use the STA with PS 4.0?

With PS 4.0 the STA built into the Citrix XML service that is installed
by default to every Presentation Server, but how to use it?
This is what I did:
1. Secure Gateway 3.0 setting:
Used the MPS 4.0 IP and changed the port to 8080 (our XML service
is running on this port)
Path:
/Scripts/CtxSTA.dll
2. Web Interface 4.0 Settings:
http://MPS_40_IP/Scripts/CtxSTA.dll
When I click an app it gives me the "the citrix ssl server you have
selected is not accepting connections" error.
