This could be a question for anybody running Citrix or Windows 2003 Server. I have MANY users who are sending application popups to other users that are logged on to our Citrix servers. I have shut down their access to the Citrix Management console, Terminal Services Manager, the command line, and also the task manager. I don't know of any other ways for them to send messages but they still keep sending them. Some of the messages are getting vulgar, and appear to be coming the system administrators. I know that it must be something simple that I am overlooking but I don't know what else to look at. By the way, the Messenger service is stopped, and access to MMC.EXE and all .MSC files is restricted from our students. Thanks!
