You will need to do the follow:
Backup all servers=20
Setup SQL to allow SQL athentication.
Create SQL account and assign permission to the Datastore Database
Create a new file DSN on each of the MF servers.
Perform dsmaint config on each server, stop and restart the IMA service.

Subject: [THIN] How to change Data Store authentication method

Hi there all,

Has anyone had to migrate their SQL data store from windows =3D
authentication
to SQL authentication?

I have inherited an existing farm that uses the domain admin credentials =
=3D
for
the IMA login to the data store. For obvious reasons I would like to =3D
migrate
this to a sql account.

Do I do a dsmaint config? Do I just change the DSN on each server using =
=3D
the
ODBC control panel?

Any ideas/experiences?

Thanks
