[THIN] How to change Data Store authentication method

Hi there all,
Has anyone had to migrate their SQL data store from windows =
authentication
to SQL authentication?
I have inherited an existing farm that uses the domain admin credentials =
for
the IMA login to the data store. For obvious reasons I would like to =
migrate
this to a sql account.
Do I do a dsmaint config? Do I just change the DSN on each server using =
the
ODBC control panel?
Any ideas/experiences?
