From the command line, the RUNAS command allows a /env switch that might
do what you want.

I've never seen that capability in the GUI but maybe it's just very well
hidden.

User righ clicks on a shortcut, does a runas, enters their credentials,
app launches but the session variables don't pass through, specifically
%clientname% - anyone know how to pass that throguh?
