I also have had problems with Resource Manager, but the good news is that if
you run Lotus Notes with Citrix it fixes the handles error.

Not sure if anyone has been looking at this rollup yet.
Been testing the Hotfix Rollup Pack XE104W2K3R02 on 2000 and 2003 XP FR3 SP4 in
our test Farm. These were on a mixture of clean builds and updates from Rollup
1 plus hotfixes.
Found a few issues so far, the main one being Seamless Excel creates two icons
on the taskbar and is down to two files ive not seen before.
"exceldll.dll" and "excelinterface.dll"
Renaming these files with a different extention (.xxx) fixed the problems with
Excel.
