[THIN] Hide Tools/Synchronize option?

Hi 



Is anyone aware of a
way to hide the Tools/Synchronize option in Windows Explorer?  Ive looked at
the GPO's in relation to offline files but none of the options will hide this.. 
I cannot hide the entire tools menu as I need the Map Network Drive option..
