We already have published Apps on a Metaframe server. What I want to do =
is access published apps from the Citrix server on a Win2k TS desktop. =

Hello all,
I have a client that is currently running 2 published applications from =

our Collocated servers in a datacenter.
This has been working very well for over 2 years. They have decided to =
=3D
upgrade their local LAN that is currently a WinNT4 Servers and 120+ =3D
workstations running Win98/NT4WS/Win2K in 3 offices 500miles apart.
They like the thin client environment and would like to have Win2K =3D
Terminal servers located in each office to replace the old servers and =
=3D
run ALL users from these terminal server. this is because they do not =
=3D
want to buy 120+ new PCs and have the admin nightmare of keeping all the =
=3D
software up to date.
What I would like to do is put in Win2K server running TS and have all =
=3D
apps on these TS. What I need to know is can a TS run a published =3D
Citrix Metaframe 1.8 application ?
The 2 published apps are MS Outlook2K for Exchange email and a VB =3D
front-end for a SQL database, if this matters.
I hope I have explained what we want to do.
