We use Track IT. Our users send an e-mail to the Help Desk mail box. Track IT sends an automatic reply to the user with an assigned Work Order number. The Help Desk mail box is set up (in Exchange 2000) to forward the request to all of our Support staff (Track IT will only notify one e-mail address, so we used the Exchange feature to go around this).
