This has nothing to do with freelists or Jim.

These new viruses not only scan peoples' contact lists, but they scan their
IE caches for mailto: links in webpages. Then, they randomly pick "to" and
"from" addresses from that list.

So "Jim" could send an email to me, even though a third-party person not
related to either of us was stupid enough to open the attachment.

If the world had integrated reverse-DNS mailer authentication then this
wouldn't be a problem.. :-)

WTF! you know I didn't send this! What are the chances.......and attachments
have been blocked to the list. Don't know what is going on at Freelists but
I suspect this virus is wreaking havoc over there.
