Integrated Biometrics has partnered with Citrix. See if this meets
your needs.

Subject: [THIN] Healthcare / Citrix sso-biometrix-proximity cards

We have two primary configurations for our nursing stations here, kiosk
workstations and kiosk thin clients connecting to generic, locked down
Citrix desktops using the Meditech Magic client as well as a couple other
clinical apps. We currently don't use any single sign on products, any
biometrix products, or any proximity based products. We are looking at all
different solutions to basically increase security in our environment, and
make the doctor's and clinician's happier about logging on. In other words,
we are trying to make the impossible possible. We are concerned about the
generic logons that we are using on our kiosk pc's and thin clients because
of HIPAA. We also would like to incorporate a system that might even make
it easier for a doctor or clinician to log into an application like
Meditech. Just wanted to see if anybody out there has any really cool
solutions that they are proud of and would like to share?
