I have a 4 line digiboard in my 2000 SP4 box with Presentation Server 3. Some users are having problems dialling in. They dial and Citrix answers, but it never completes the handshake. It just keeps going. One user tried it from a home in Arizona and Ohio and never got connected. We brought it into the office and hooked it up to a POTS line here (completely bypasses our phone system), and it worked flawlessly. Not all users are experiencing this. Any ideas?
