What, management won't give users a mirror to read their document? You
should tell them to save a tree and not print.

Not hatred, frustration. Citrix touts their printing in PS4.0 is so vastly
improved. UPD, works every time. Wrong. Printing is mirrored and
backwards. Known issue, here's a hotfix, on the client side, released in a
buggy client that creates new issues. CPSVC.exe leaks 3Mb of memory for
every user that logs on and prints. Private hotfix, install it and
immediately starts crashing the spooler. 020 hotfix fixes it. 3 days
later, so does 033. 2 months later, so does 061. A week later, so does
069. Oh, but the installation of any of these hotfixes also randomly puts
servers into a state where they stop auto-creating printers. The fix?
Restart CPSVC. Oh yeah, but also a new bug. 5 minutes after you restart
CPSVC, auto created printers vanish. The fix? 2-4 more weeks. Or just log
off your users.

I mean, really. This is supposed to be acceptable? I know, pay some other
company a whole slew of money to fix what Citrix has been advertising as
"vastly improved printing" for the last few years.

Don't get me wrong, I like Citrix and I'm still excited about the things it
brings to the table, but chasing around this printing problem for the last 5
months has been ridiculous. And yes, I've checked my drivers, etc. etc.
etc. I realize there are plenty of you who have had no issues at all, so if
you don't believe me, send me a fax number and I'll fax over a mirrored and
backwards printed out copy of the admin guide for you. :)

Wow such hatred. I'm curious, what piece of software do you have that
doesn't have bugs? Seriously? Name one.

21. The Citrix Print Manager service may become unresponsive. When this
happens, printers fail to autocreate.

(The solution to this problem is, of course, to restart the Citrix Print
Manager service)

Then this gem...

Symptoms

Autocreated client printers are deleted five minutes after the Citrix Print
Manager Service is restarted.

Thanks a lot Citrix, you jackasses!!!
