Jim,
I was just checking out the specs on those HP's - nice. and nicely priced
too.
Do you happen to know if Altris is an added expense? I noticed that there is
a 'free Altris HP Client Management software 5.6' for download. It might be
a bad assumption for me to assume that the management for the HP?

Older versions of CE just didn't cut it because of the IE 4.0 CE browser. It
was pretty crappy. CE .Net uses the version 6 browser which is a lot more
robust and should serve you well. You need to be certain you get a CE device
that you can modify the desktop and control. HP has just released a new CE
client the t5500 that is managed by Altiris (the best management software on
the planet) that looks very appealing.
This unit is NOT a rebranded box it is built by HP for HP.
