Hi Jason,

I would start by giving the user a new profile.

At least that would let you know whether to look in system-wide
files/registry or user-specific files/registry.

Subject: [THIN] HP software removal

Ok, this is only tangentially related to thin, We are using twin
redirection for document imaging and i have a customer who has installed
a Xerox documate 515 to use for scanning. However everytime they try to
scan either locally or through our software via the citrix session a
window pops up informing them that the HP scanning software cannot talk
to the scanner. They had an HP multi-function at one time and removed
it, and I uninstalled every bit of HP software left on the PC I could
find, but we still get this error. Unfortunately I nor they remember
exactly what model it was. Is there a good utility that will remove all
traces of HP software from the PC? RE-installing the Citrix client, and
the Xerox software has had no effect.
