Hi Jason, I would start by giving the user a new profile. At least that would let you know whether to look in system-wide files/registry or user-specific files/registry. However everytime they try to scan either locally or through our software via the citrix session a window pops up informing them that the HP scanning software cannot talk to the scanner. They had an HP multi-function at one time and removed it, and I uninstalled every bit of HP software left on the PC I could find, but we still get this error. Unfortunately I nor they remember exactly what model it was. Is there a good utility that will remove all traces of HP software from the PC? RE-installing the Citrix client, and the Xerox software has had no effect.
