IBM has a ghosting solution built into their Directory product for the
blades.  I believe they use the product that PowerQuest used to sell
before they were gobbled up by Symantec.

well seeing how most of them are identical we usually run a Ghost image
of each 
"type" server in the farm, so we got one image for any given type.

Seems we are going for an RIS server for them now , but that is also
basically the same technology..
