Do users have Multiple accounts in multiple domains? Where they share
the same profile?
Using regdt32 will allow you load the hives ntuser.dat and to view the
permissions.
Also a bit of regmon ing may help

We get occasional issues, where users on Citrix servers, get access
denied to their HKCU.
Anyone else see this?
Any solution?
We rebuild their Roaming profile, and have them go back in, fine. But
it is sporadic and I would like to find the cause and fix the issue.
